Penn Girls Track Dominates South Bend Adams

The Penn Girls Track & Field team defeated South Bend John Adams in the first home meet of the season.

The Lady Kingsmen won by 38 points, defeating Adams 85-47.

One of the many star players for Penn was Payton Ladson. She was able to put up 8 points in the two events she competed in.

In shotput, she was able to get first place and get 5 points for the Kingsmen. After her success in shotput, she went over and was able to get second in discus throw and get 3 points for their overall score.

The Lady Kingsmen next take on South Bend St. Joseph at home on Tuesday, Apr. 18.
