Hockey: Penn squeaks out Shootout win against Adams

The Penn Kingsmen Hockey Team beat South Bend Adams in a Shootout, 3-2, on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024.

Brooks Clark started the scoring for the Kingsmen late in the second period on the power-play off a dish from Owen DeMoss.

Clark tied up the game at 2-2 with 19 seconds left in the third period off a tip from a shot from DeMoss to force the game into Overtime.

After a scoreless Overtime, the game was forced into shootouts.

Jack Yewchuk and Patrick Amico scored in the shootout and Noah Langness saved both his shots to give the Kingsmen the Shootout victory.
