Penn claims first City title since 2003

Ethan Matthews blasted in the game-winner in overtime as the Penn Hockey Team captured the City Tourney Championship for the first time since 2003 with a thrilling 4-3 overtime victory against Lakeshore/St. Joseph on Sunday, Feb. 14.
Matthews’ goal was the 99th of his career. The game-winner was set up by an assist from Riley Planey.
Trey Thompson, Matt Savage and Riley Planey also scored goals.
Ethan Matthews and Jacob Renbarger dished out assists.
Avery Brown earned the win in goal.
