Wrestling: Penn Claims Regional Title

The Penn Kingsmen won their fourth consecutive Regional title 221 points scored. The Kingsmen qualified all 14 for semi-state, with five Regional champions. East Chicago Central will host the semi-state on Saturday, Feb. 10, as the Penn wrestlers seek to punch their ticket to the IHSAA State Finals
