When did you first start playing basketball and why?: I first started playing basketball in second grade. I used to love hanging out with friends and playing basketball in our driveways when I was little, which led me to begin playing basketball in AAU leagues and eventually got me to where I am today.
What’s your favorite position to play?: My favorite position is Shooting Guard.
Who’s the player you try to play like the most?: Arike Ogunbowale, because she is a great shooter and is overall an amazing player to watch.
How tall are you?: I am 5-foot-5, which definitely doesn’t give me much of an advantage on the court, so I have to use my quickness and basketball IQ to help me on the court.
What’s your favorite basketball brand to play with?: I would say Wilson Evolution balls are pretty good to use and play with.
Have you ever played AAU basketball? And if so, what was your favorite team to play for?: I have played AAU for seven years and my favorite team to play on was Hoosier Premier, where I played with many of my Penn teammates.
On game day, how do you get prepared?: On game day, I usually prepare by eating good, stretching, and warming up before games.
What’s your favorite movie to watch?: My favorite movie to watch is Greater.
What’s your dream college to play for?: So far I have visited multiple colleges and my favorite college was Earlham College.
