Penn Strength and Condition Coach Matt Cates has started morning workouts for middle school students.
Penn’s morning workouts are a new way to allow 6-through-8 graders to be able to learn how to lift with the right technique, which is the most important thing when lifting. Coach Cates is allowing middle school student-athletes who take lifting seriously to come in early on Monday and Wednesday mornings to lift.
Middle School student-athletes interested in participating in Futures workouts should contact their Middle School coach for information.
