Penn’s Lady Kingsmen Softball team came fighting back in the sixth and seventh innings rally past host Northridge, 5-2, on Tuesday night. Penn erased a 2-1 deficit.
Abby Widmar and Addy Kois led the team with two hard hits, earning them each a double. Maddie Calvin hit a triple.
Pitchers Addy Kois and Aubrey Zachary both contributed to the win by only giving up five hits combined! Zachary pitched four innings, striking out five. Kois pitched the last three innings and struck out four.
