Penn High’s Girls Basketball Team, which captured the Northern Indiana Conference with a perfect 12-0 record, boasted some top honors on the all-NIC Girls Basketball Team.
Penn Head Coach Kristi Kaniewski Ulrich was named co-Coach of the Year, sharing the honor with Marian Head Coach Steve Scott.
Senior Sara Doi was named First-Team All-NIC.
Senior Tia Chambers and Freshman Jordyn Smith were each named to the All-NIC Second Team.
Freshman Trinity Clinton was named All-NIC Honorable Mention.
