On Wednesday, October 14, the Penn girls varsity soccer team will be on the road to take on the Warsaw Tigers for the Regional semi-final. The game is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $10 a person. Children age 5 and younger are admitted free.

Penn defeated Warsaw 3-0 in the regular season. The Tigers lost to Northridge 2-0 in the regular season, but stunned the Raiders 1-0 on the way to the regional championship.
Warsaw is 12-6-1 overall. The Tigers finished third in the Northern Lakes Conference, finishing 5-1-1.
Warsaw’s leading goal scorer, Lola Pepper, has a total of 44 points – 19 goals and 6 assists.
Penn won a state record 18th consecutive Girls Soccer Sectional Championship by defeating host South Bend Adams 2-0 in overtime. The Kingsmen are 10-5-3 and won the Northern Indiana Conference with a record of 6-1.
The Kingsmen’s leading goal scorer, Anika Guenther, has a total of 91 points – 33 goals, and 25 assists.
