Girls Basketball: Kingsmen open with win at LaPorte

No. 2-ranked Penn started out the 2020-2021 Girls Basketball season with a dominant 61-17 win against LaPorte on Thursday, Nov. 5.

Trinity Clinton and Jordyn Smith scored 13 points each.

Kaitlyn Costner scored nine points.

Grace Schutt and Gracie Bobo scored five points each.

Penn, which owns a 37-game Northern Indiana Conference winning streak, opens the NIC season on Friday, Nov. 13, at South Bend Riley. The game is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. ET, and will be Varsity-only.
