Jack Urbanski, senior star on the golf team, has helped the Penn Boys Golf Team reach the State Finals twice.
He hopes to be remembered for things that he put into his sport.
“I want to be remembered for the work ethic that I put into golf. I hope that people will take the same way that I worked at the game.”
During his time at Penn, he was involved in FCA, Key Club, and Freshman Mentoring.
“I appreciate the great competition that Penn provides with it being such a big school,” Urbanski said. “You compete with your teammates every day for starting spots and then the goal for all the athletic teams to win state.”
Urbanski has been on the golf team for all three years, as his freshman season was canceled due to COVID. Over the course of his three years on the team, he had created many memories.
“One of my favorite memories was last year when we qualified for state as a team. That was one of my favorite memory because of the hard work that we put in during the season and not having a great season but still making it to state. “
Urbanski plans on attending Holy Cross, where he will continue his golf career and plans on studying business.
