Senior Spotlight: Ben Doster

Published on

Ben Doster was the Penn Boys Soccer team captain and a three-year varsity player. Doster helped the Kingsmen reach the Final Four in the State Tournament. As he was a leader on the field, he was just as much one off of it. Doster was the president of the DECA club, in which he qualified for nationals.

Doster earned a GPA of 3.98 (on a scale of 4.0).

“I would like to be remembered as a good leader to all the people I was around, along with setting a good example for incoming freshmen and upperclassmen.”

Doster very much enjoyed his athletic career at Penn. As he stated his favorite memory was beating St. Joe on his senior night, which was his last home game at Penn. He also was extremely grateful for the other Penn seniors that made his last year great and made their deep state run the best postseason he has had in all his years of Penn.
