What is the most important lesson you’ve learned through athletics?: I learned teamwork, hard work, and persistence.
What are your pre-game rituals?: I eat a good breakfast, try to get good sleep, and mentally prepare myself.
Who is a player at any level you look up to, and why?: I look up to Lionel Messi because he is the most accomplished player, he also is one of the smallest players on the field but is still the best.
What do you love about representing Penn High School?: I love how Penn Athletics shows sportsmanship and all programs work very hard.
What traits do you love in a team leader?: I like when they defend their teammates, look out for their teammates, and try to make connections between all coaches and players.
What advice would you give a freshman about Penn athletics?: Enjoy the process that we all had to go through, showing up to practice has the most important impact you can have as a freshman.
What’s your favorite sports movie and why?: “Water Boy” because it shows how every role on a team, helps the team.
What’s your favorite pre-game snack?: I always eat eggs the morning of games or I eat a protein bar shorty before a game.
What do you love about your sport?: I love how competitive it is, I love how the team comes together, I love the memories and friendships I have made so far.
