Getting to Know: Braedy Ham

Braedy Ham is a freshman football player for Penn High School. He plans to try out for baseball. He puts family first and enjoys being around all his friends.

What is your involvement in Penn sports?
Baseball and Football.

What do you want to achieve by the end of your high school career?
4.0 GPA and to have college offers.

Who has inspired you the most? Why?
My dad because he always like keeps my head in a good place and he’s always giving me a good mindset.

What keeps you going through rough times in your sport? How do they help with that problem?
My friends and family, they’ll comfort me and they know how to take my mind off the bad things going on.

What do you enjoy doing outside of sports?
I’ll hangout with friends and family.

What college would you like to attend and why?
Notre Dame because it’s close and has good education.

What makes you passionate about your sport?
My teammates, my coaches, and the love for the game.

What is your biggest accomplishment in your sport?
“ust playing for the Penn Kingsmen.

Do you do anything aside from football? if so what and why do you like it?
I do baseball, I’ve been playing it since I was younger and i’ve always had good passion for the game.

How do those sports translate to your football skill level?
Keeps me in shape for the season and builds character.
