Getting to Know: Treyton Caggiano

Treyton Caggiano is a Senior Leader on the Penn Football Sectional Championship Team.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned through Athletics?: Having a positive mindset can take you a long way in life.
What are your pre-game rituals?: I always listen to music and pray.
Who is a player (at any level) you look up to, and why?: Aaron Donald is a player I look up to because he brings off positive energy and represents smaller D-linemen.
What do you love about representing Penn High School?: I love representing Penn High School because of the history of this school and I feel honored to be a part of it.
What traits do you love in a team leader?: Positive energy, always hype, making sure everyone is doing the right thing.
What advice would you give a freshman about Penn Athletics?: I would say get in the weight room early and make sure you come into whatever sport you play with a positive mindset.
What is your favorite sports movie, and why?: “Sandlot”, because I used to watch it with my Grandpa, who passed away, and it’s probably the best movie of all time.
What is your favorite pig-out food?: I would have to say a nice butter burger from Culver’s.
What do you love about your sport?: I love that you can go out there and beat up on people without getting in trouble and the fact that I’m with my friends every day.
If you could have lunch with any living person, who would it be, and what would you talk about?: I would have to say Tom Brady and I would talk with him about his experience in the NFL.
