Boys Basketball: Penn sprints past Elkhart Central

Kingsmen maintain hold on first place in the NIC

Penn maintained its hold on first place in the Northern Indiana Conference as the Kingsmen sprinted past Elkhart Central, 64-35, in high school boys basketball action on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019.

The Kingsmen own a 10-0 record in NIC play with two league games left — vs. Marian and vs. Jimtown. Penn is 16-2 overall.

Drew Lutz scored 14 points and had five assists.

Noah Applegate scored 13 points and ripped down 13 rebounds.

Beau Ludwick scored 12 points, battled for seven rebounds, and kicked out six assists.

Kegan Hoskins scored 11 points.

Carter Hickey scored nine points.
