Boys Basketball: Coolman scores 26 in loss to No. 1 Fishers

Penn Sophmore Point Guard Caleb Coolman scored 26 points but the No. 12 Kingsmen were defeated by No. 1 (Class 4-A) Fishers 74-54 on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026.

Coolman also had four assists for the Kingsmen (15-5).

Coolman surpassed Penn’s Sophomore scoring record on Friday, Feb. 13, scoring 21 points against South Bend Washington. A 6-foot-5 All-State candidate, Coolman now has 425 points this season, topping the previous Sophomore season best of 394 points set by Notre Dame star Markus Burton in the 2020-2021 season.

Lucas Obermeyer scored 14 points for the Kingsmen.
