Boys Basketball: Applegate’s 18 leads Penn

Senior Caleb Applegate fired 18 points to lead the Penn High School Boys Basketball Team to a 63-43 Northern Indiana Conference victory at South Bend Clay on Tuesday, Feb. 2.

Applegate also pulled down seven rebounds and dished out four assists for the Kingsmen.

Markus Burton scored 12 points and had five steals for Penn.

Joe Smith and Cole Wojciechowski scored eight points each.

Casey Shultz scored seven points.
