Girls Soccer JV: Kingsmen shutout St. Joseph
The Penn Junior Varsity Girls Soccer team secured a 2-0 victory over rival South Bend St. Joseph.
Goals came from Emmy Pulford and Anna Gordeneir, propelling Penn to the win.
Pulford and Kiera Short provided the assists.
The defense held strong, limiting St. Joe’s scoring opportunities and maintaining a clean sheet throughout the match.
Both goalkeepers, Lilah Agnolin and Zoey Johnson, shared a remarkable moment, each recording five saves to preserve the shutout. Their strong performances were crucial as they stopped St. Joe’s attempts to find the back of the net. With this victory.
