Kennedy Lundquist is a Junior who plays Flag Football and Softball at Penn.

What’s the most important lesson that you’ve learned through sports?: The most important lesson I’ve learned through sports is preference and continuing to work hard even when things become challenging.

What is your pre-game ritual: My pregame ritual is getting Starbucks.

Who is a college or pro player who inspires you?: A player I look up to is Erin Coffel because she is a hardworking player with a great work ethic who became known as one of the best softball players in the world.

What do you love about representing Penn?: I love representing Penn High School because of our positive community and energy on our sports teams.

What leadership skill do you appreciate?: I love a leader that is willing to own up to their mistakes and uplift the team even when games or practices get challenging.

What advice would you give to Freshmen?: I would tell freshmen not to come in scared and that everyone is welcoming and fun to play with.

What is your favorite sports movie?: My favorite sports movie is the movie ‘Twelve’ because it is about a young baseball player who faces challenges and has to work to get better every day. It’s a movie that shows work ethic and attitude and how far the two traits can take you.

What’s a favorite snack?: I love French fries

What do you love about Sports?: I love that sports create a community like family and that you can create strong bonds with your teammates.

If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be, and what would you talk about?: Tom Holland, and we would talk about the Spider-Man movies.
