Getting to Know: Jaxon Daigle

Jaxon Daigle (Class of 2028) is a Penn Hockey Player. He scored five goals last season in the City Tourney Championship game against Marian to power the Kingsmen to the title.

What made you start playing hockey?: I started skating when I was two. I lived down the street from a hockey rink, and growing up in Canada, everyone played hockey.

Who is your favorite hockey player and why?: Sidney Crosby, because he was the best player when I was younger.

What is your favorite position to play?: I like to play center because of the faceoffs.

What is your favorite hockey memory?: When i moved here, I got to meet Patrick Kane and Jonathan Towes.

What is the hardest part about playing hockey?: The conditioning is very hard because you always have to be in shape.

What is your favorite part about being on a hockey team?: Getting to play against all my childhood friends and play with my friends.

What is your favorite team in the NHL?: Toronto Maple Leafs

What is your biggest goal for your hockey career?: To play D-1.

What do you do to prepare before a game?: I stretch and listen to some tunes

If you could play with any hockey player, past or present, who would it be?: Patrick Kane because he has the best hands in the league.
