Getting to Know: Sawyer Wells
Sawyer Wells is a junior on the Kingsmen Swim/Dive team.
What made you start swimming?: My parents signed me up and made me do it when I was younger.
What’s your favorite part about swimming?: The family I have on the team
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?: I would like to have enhanced athletic abilities
What’s your favorite thing to do outside of swimming?: I like to lift and hang out with friends and family.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to learn or try?: I’ve always wished I was able to skateboard.
What is one goal you want to accomplish before graduating?: Learn how to do a backflip without getting hurt.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?: Somewhere on the coast of Italy with a yacht and jet skis.
What’s your favorite event to swim?: 100 free.
If you could instantly become really good at one thing, what would it be?: Doing the New York Times Connections.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to this year?: Christmas.
