Penn Hockey hits the road

By A.J. CRAWFORD

Penn Hockey is on the road this weekend for the MLK Tournament in Fishers, Ind. The Kingsmen play twice on Saturday, Jan. 14, and once on Sunday, Jan. 15.

Coming off a tough loss against No. 1-ranked Culver Academy, the Kingsmen look to continue their fast pace and run away with three wins.

On Saturday, Penn plays Bloomington and Westfield, and on Sunday the Kingsmen play Crown Point.

The Kingsmen are currently ranked 8th in the state and hope a strong showing in the MLK Tournament will give them a boost in the rankings.

With a record of 15-8 and scoring almost 4 goals per game, the Kingsmen offensive rush is one of the top in the state.

Top offensive players this year Penn High School is Gaku Takusumi, Tyler Lindzy, and Kyle Cocquyt.
